“Our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising every time we fail.”

Confucius

Evan joined ALO in 2021 after earning a a dual Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph's University in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance and a Juris Doctorate from the Rutgers School of Law. During law school, Evan worked for firms in different practices including professional liability, corporate in-house counsel and elder law. He clerked with the Honorable W. Todd Miller, J.S.C. In Atlantic and Cape May Counties and assisted the Honorable Michael Blee, J.S.C. with probate and guardianship matters. Evan credits his family as his biggest influences because they taught him that trust and kindness are never forgotten and they form the bonds that last a lifetime. By working together in a tight knit group, an individual can face the challenges that await them.

Evan’s practice currently includes Medicaid planning and application matters, guardianships and special needs work, estate planning, and chancery litigation. He has assisted clients on matters ranging from basic estate planning to motions, depositions, and highly contested litigation. He currently lives with his family in Middlesex County.

Evan’s Words of Wisdom:

You don't walk into an attorney's office because everything is perfect and happy. You walk in because something is, or is beginning to, go wrong. An attorney's job is to help bring peace of mind to those during stressful and uncertain times in their life. Make sure you rely on your attorneys and advisors to give you that peace of mind.
