Chelsea-Lee Hanke

Chelsea-Lee Hanke is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. She practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and probate, special needs planning, Medicaid planning and applications, guardianships, and litigation matters.

She is a graduate of The College of New Jersey and Rutgers Law School. During law school, Chelsea gained experience through the Civil Practice Clinic and was awarded the Dean’s Pro Bono Publico Award for her pro bono work with a number of projects including the Planning Estates Project (“PEP”) and Learn, Empower and Advocate for People with Disabilities (“LEAD”).

Chelsea-Lee Hanke

Chelsea is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. Her primary focus areas with the firm are guardianships and an emerging focus on litigation matters.

She is a graduate of The College of New Jersey and Rutgers School of Law in Camden. During law school, Chelsea gained experience through the Civil Practice Clinic and was awarded the Dean’s Pro Bono Publico Award for her pro bono work with a number of projects including the Planning Estates Project, Learn, Empower and Advocate for People with Disabilities (“LEAD”) Pro Bono Project, the 501(c)(3) Project, the Domestic Violence Project, the Mediation Project, and the Voters Rights Project.

During her time at Rutgers Law, Chelsea worked for both the Camden County Surrogate's Court and the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Children and Families. After law school, she clerked for the Hon. Julio L. Mendez, A.J.S.C. in Atlantic and Cape May Counties.

Chelsea is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Elder and Disability Law Section and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. In 2021, Chelsea was recognized as a Rising Star by New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine.
Chelsea spends her free time volunteering as a local director with the Miss America Organization and lives in South Jersey with her family.
